09/02/2025, 17:23A ceremony was held in Bishkek to present special equipment and official vehicles to the structural divisions of the Bishkek City Hall.
Mayor Aibek Junushaliyev inspected the equipment and familiarised himself with its characteristics.
The mayor noted that in order to develop the city, improve services and provide high-quality services to residents, the city hall is transferring new specialised equipment to its structural divisions.
Thus, 75 units of specialised equipment were transferred to the municipal enterprises Bishkekvodokanal (21), Bishkekasfalt Service (16), Bishkegorlift (2), Bishkek City Transport (6), the Municipal Inspectorate (20) and the Land Use Control Department (10) have been provided with 75 units of special equipment, including a cherry picker, a dump truck, a tow truck, a loader, a water tanker, as well as Chevrolet Cobalt service vehicles.
The equipment was purchased with funds from the city budget.
In addition, special attention was paid to the housing and utilities sector, and a total of 243 units of special equipment were purchased for municipal enterprises in 2024-2025 for the purpose of improving and greening the city.
«We will not stop there and will continue to equip enterprises and institutions with machinery. I urge you to use it responsibly and improve your attitude to work. Each piece of machinery serves our city, and it is the duty of each of you to treat it with care, use it correctly and provide quality services», — said the mayor.
