It is now official: OJSC ‘Tunduk’ has been fully transferred to the Presidential Administration

Changes have been made to the register of OJSC ‘Tunduk’s’ security holders. According to the published information, 100% of the company’s ordinary registered shares are now owned by the ‘Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic’.

The changes came into effect on 14 May 2026.

According to disclosure data, the new owner is the ‘Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic’, registered in Bishkek at 301 Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue.

This marks the company’s full transfer to the control of the Office of the President — the ownership stake now stands at 100%.

Tunduk OJSC is involved in the development and support of state digital services and e-interaction infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan. The company had previously been operating within the public administration system in practice, but its status and ownership structure have now been formally established.
