According to the mayor's office, 78 commission meetings were held in the Pervomaisky district alone, at which 6,801 applications were considered. As a result, residents received 2,316 decrees. In the Leninsky district, more than 6,000 city residents have already been issued documents since the programme began.
The land amnesty programme, approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2022, allows residents to register ownership rights to plots of land that were previously used without proper legal documentation. For many families, this means the opportunity to obtain an official document for the land under their home for the first time.
The work of receiving and reviewing applications continues in all districts of the capital.
