10/21/2024, 14:58There are no plans to increase the medical workers' salaries in 2025, First Deputy Health Minister Mederbek Ismailov said at the parliamentary committee on social policy meeting.
He recalled that from September 2024, the doctors' wages were increased by 50%, nurses - by 20%, and nursing staff - by 10%. However, according to the official, the republican forecast budget for 2025 does not provide for further salary increases.
"Young specialists have an average salary of 25,000 KGS. Meanwhile, doctors who work in the highlands and have experience receive 40-50 thousand,’ he replied, adding that there are 17,000 full-time medical staff in the country, but 12,000 people work.
