Trade and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan discussed in Astana

As part of the international forum in Astana, a working meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bakyt Sydykov, and the Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, Arman Shakkaliev.

The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, prospects for joint events, and the implementation of mutually beneficial investment projects. During the meeting, mutual interest in further deepening cooperation between the two countries was emphasised.

Minister Bakyt Sydykov confirmed Kyrgyzstan's readiness to expand trade and economic ties with Kazakhstan, noting the importance of a sustainable and balanced partnership for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
