In the ‘Birimdik Kut’ housing estate, the number of school buses has been increased from two to three. In addition, there are plans to install further traffic lights in Bishkek and launch a new bus route.

According to Bishkek City Council, two school buses have been serving the housing estate since 2025. Another one has now been added to the fleet.

Route No. 177 is also already operating in ‘Birimdik Kut’, with 14 minibuses running on it daily. In future, the authorities intend to launch another bus route to improve transport links to the housing estate.
