An illegal online casino organised by foreigners has been discovered in Bishkek

An illegal online casino has been uncovered in Bishkek. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a group of foreign nationals are suspected of internet fraud.

They rented a house and office in the city, where they launched a gambling website called ‘Poker’ and accepted bets from users.

During a search, modern equipment was found: computers, satellite antennas, routers, power supplies, as well as 23 phones, laptops and tablets.

The investigation is ongoing. Law enforcement agencies are determining the damage that Kyrgyz citizens may have suffered as a result of this illegal activity.
