08/17/2025, 09:00A meeting of the headquarters for preparations for the autumn-winter period of 2025-2026 was held under the chairmanship of the mayor.
Director of the Fuel and Energy Complex Nurgazy Kurmanbekov reported on the activities of the municipal enterprises Bishkek Thermal Power Plant, Bishkek Heat Network, and Bishkek Heat Energy.
In 2025, repair work was planned on five power boilers and seven turbine units at the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant. To date, repairs have been completed on five turbine units, with work continuing on the rest. Repair work is also being carried out on auxiliary equipment and in the buildings of the thermal power plant.
Bishkekteploset is carrying out repair and reconstruction work on heating networks and pumping stations. Bishkekteploenergo is carrying out repair work on boiler rooms and heating networks.
For the 2025/2026 heating season, 240,200 tons of coal are planned to be supplied to the city's population. Coal supplies will be carried out according to schedule from July to December 2025. Fuel depots have been opened in each district, and coal supplies are being provided.
In addition, tenders have been held and contracts signed to supply fuel resources to the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant, and deliveries are being made according to schedule.
The heads of the four district administrations have been tasked with conducting explanatory work among city residents on the transition to alternative fuels. Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC has been instructed to intensify work on the gasification of residential areas in the capital.
