10/01/2026, 11:16The licences of two currency exchange bureaux in Bishkek have been suspended for several days. The decision was taken due to breaches of the requirements of legislation and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’s regulations.
From 30 September to 4 October, two currency exchange offices operated by ‘Lex Finance’ LLC — at 3, room 4, Djal-29 microdistrict, and at 36 Tynaliev Street — are not permitted to operate.
Another currency exchange, Alinur Keiji LLC, located at 74 Kozhevennaya Street, ‘Alkan Bazary’ market, ‘Novy Sever’ row, No. 57, suspended operations from 1 to 3 October.
Once these periods have ended, the licences should be reinstated, unless the regulator decides otherwise.
