06/24/2026, 09:12Bishkek Deputy Mayor Atay Muratbek held an on-site meeting at construction sites in the capital. Together with the leadership of the Department of Capital Construction and Municipal Services, he reviewed the progress of a number of infrastructure and social projects.
The first site visited was the new production facility of the municipal enterprise “Tazalyk” on Tovarnaya Street. Following the inspection, contractors were instructed to ensure that work proceeds according to schedule, to pay special attention to construction quality, and to promptly resolve any issues that arise. City Hall noted that the project will be subject to weekly monitoring.
The deputy mayor also visited the new building of the Young Technicians’ Station on Lva Tolstogo Street. Construction of the facility is fully complete. Currently, work is underway to install furniture, clean the premises, and landscape the surrounding area. City authorities have set the goal of preparing the facility for commissioning in the near future.
During the tour, an additional wing of Kindergarten No. 131 on Mozyrsky Lane, designed to accommodate 100 children, was also inspected. Construction of the reinforced concrete frame has been completed at the site, and work on laying the walls is ongoing.
In addition, Atay Muratbek reviewed the progress of construction on the cultural center at the site of the former “Chatyr-Kul” movie theater. To date, the concrete pouring for the basement walls has been completed, and work is continuing on the installation of the first-floor columns and backfilling of the site.
Another stop on the tour was the administrative building of the municipal enterprise “Bishkekzelenstroy” on Ashkhabadskaya Street. Light metal structures are currently being installed there.
Following the inspection, the deputy mayor instructed officials to ensure the timely completion of all construction work and to strengthen oversight of project implementation. He emphasized that particular attention should be paid to construction quality and adherence to established deadlines.
