50 billion soms returned to the budget as part of the fight against organized crime groups

Today, December 17, at a press conference in Bishkek, the head of the SCNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, said that 50 billion soms had been returned to the state budget as part of the fight against organized criminal groups (OCGs).

According to him, these funds include property seized from OCG representatives such as Kamchi Kolbaev, Kadyr Dosonov, Chyngyz Jumagulov, Erkin Mambetaliyev and others.

“A significant amount of property has been seized, including large stores. Several boarding houses and sports complexes have already been sold,” Kamchybek Tashiyev noted.

He also stressed that at the moment there are practically no organized criminal groups left in Kyrgyzstan.

“If someone still remained, they are now on the street with nothing. The Kyrgyz can work in peace and fear nothing,” said the head of the GKNB.
