02/06/2026, 18:10During an inspection conducted by the Jalal-Abad Region Prosecutor's Office, it was established that a plot of land belonging to the state land fund with a total area of 10 hectares had been illegally transferred to private ownership.
Specifically, in 1999, officials of the Suzak District State Administration, in violation of land legislation, issued an illegal order to transfer a plot of land from the state fund to a private meat and dairy farm. On the basis of this order, a state act certifying private ownership of the land was issued in violation of the law.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the violations of the law were completely eliminated, and the land plot with a total area of 10 hectares, with a market value of 17 million 831 thousand 942 soms, was returned to state ownership.
