The decision was made on December 17 at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Eldik Bank OJSC. The reason for the changes was the shareholders' decision to terminate the powers of the member of the board of directors ahead of schedule.
No information about the appointment of a new member of the board of directors to replace the outgoing member has been disclosed.
