03/30/2026, 18:08The Ak-Suu District Prosecutor’s Office uncovered the illegal transfer of the “Altyn-Bulak” health resort and a land plot in the Karakol Aiyl Aymak to private ownership. Following the investigation, the properties, with a total value of over 75 million KGS, were returned to state ownership.
During an inspection of compliance with state property laws, the Ak-Suu District Prosecutor’s Office established that the “Altyn-Bulak” sanatorium, consisting of four buildings and located on a 2-hectare plot of land in 1993, as well as a 0.51-hectare plot of land located in the Karakol Aiyl Aymak in 2021, were illegally transferred to private ownership in violation of legal requirements.
As a result of the prosecutorial measures taken, the sanatorium, with a market value of 71.6 million KGS, and the land plot, valued at 3.43 million KGS, were returned to state ownership.
