03/30/2026, 17:27Work has begun in the Talas Region on the construction of 61 kilometers of roads included in the priority list, for which funding has already been allocated.
This year, the 35th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s independence will be celebrated in the Talas Region. In connection with this, a total of 220 kilometers of roads are planned to be built and repaired in the region by 2026.
Of these, 61 kilometers will be implemented under the priority list, and another 160 kilometers will be funded through the “State Capital Investments” budget line.
By Independence Day on August 31, it is planned to complete 70–80% of all road construction and repair work.
