02/11/2026, 11:37The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic has returned to the state an agricultural building used for drying grain and fruit and storing products, as well as other auxiliary facilities with a total land area of 0.86 hectares.
The facilities are located in the Moldo-Niyaz area of the Kadamzhai district of the Batken region.
In the 2000s, the land plot with a total area of 0.86 hectares, together with warehouses built for the storage of agricultural products, was transferred to private ownership in violation of the requirements of the law and without the relevant title documents.
As a result of the investigative and operational search measures carried out, the identified violations were eliminated, and the land plot and facilities were fully returned to state ownership.
