04/14/2026, 18:13Today, 14 April, during a working visit to the Osh Region, President Sadyr Zhaparov inspected the renovation projects for the central stadium and the ‘Tynchtyk’ and ‘Buranov’ parks in the Kara-Kulja District.
Nurdán Oruntaev, Minister of Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services, informed the Head of State that the works are being funded from the national budget and are currently in full swing.
Thus, in Tynchtyk Park, covering an area of 25 hectares, major refurbishment is underway with infrastructure upgrades: landscaping, the installation of lighting and an irrigation system, the construction of cycle paths and children’s play areas, as well as planting.
Meanwhile, Buranov Park, which serves as the main recreational area for residents of the district centre, is also undergoing modernisation. Here, engineering systems are being upgraded and modern public spaces are being created, including a performance area, zones for active recreation and children’s play areas.
It was noted that completion of all work on both sites is scheduled for 2026.
