In Kyrgyzstan, gas supplies to customers with outstanding debts will be restricted from 1 June 2026

From 1 June 2026, gas supplies will be restricted for Gazprom Kyrgyzstan customers who have outstanding debts for natural gas consumed.

Under the terms of the natural gas supply contract, the company is entitled to suspend gas supplies to customers who have outstanding debts for gas consumed.

Gas supply will be resumed on a fee-paying basis within three working days of the debt being fully settled.

To avoid disconnection and additional costs, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan asks customers to settle any outstanding debts by 1 June 2026.

You can check the amount of your outstanding balance:

  • on your monthly bill;
  • in your personal account on the gazprom.kg website;
  • in the ‘Gazprom Kyrgyzstan’ mobile app;
  • in the ‘My Home’ mobile app.

Payment for gas supply services can be made at the company’s branches, as well as via e-wallets and mobile banking apps.
