03/23/2026, 09:58President Sadyr Zhaparov has signed a law amending the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-Tax Revenues. The document was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on 26 February 2026.
Under the amendments, state duties may be paid either in cash through financial and credit institutions and other legal entities supervised by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, or via remote banking services.
All payments must be made exclusively in the national currency. Proof of payment is confirmed by a receipt in the prescribed form or another payment document.
The law comes into force ten days after its official publication.
The changes are aimed at expanding the methods of paying state fees and further digitising payment processes.
