A new payment system operator has emerged in Kyrgyzstan

A new payment system operator has been registered in Kyrgyzstan. According to the National Bank’s registry, the license was granted to Mai Soft LLC.

The license was issued on March 19, 2026. The company is the 59th operator in the country’s market.

Bekbolot Chingyzbekov is listed as the company’s director. Mai Soft LLC operates in the field of information technology and computing, and the company has no foreign ownership.

The legal entity was initially registered in August 2025 and re-registered in January 2026.

Thus, Kyrgyzstan’s payment systems market continues to expand gradually, attracting new players.
