04/19/2026, 14:10The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has amended the country’s list of strategic facilities to include Central Asia Secure Printing (CASP) LLC.
The decision supplements the 2014 decree on Category ‘A’ strategic facilities, which includes enterprises of key importance to the state’s economy and security.
The company manufactures secure printed products — including strictly accountable forms, documents with security features, as well as solutions for identification and financial documents. According to open sources, the company was established in 2023 and operates in Bishkek from a highly secure production complex.
Its production facilities reportedly utilise secure printing technologies, including watermarks, holograms and microtext, used to prevent the forgery of government documents and securities.
Previously, in Kyrgyzstan, the production of government forms was carried out by a limited number of enterprises, including state and private printing houses operating under special permits.
The inclusion of the company in the list of strategic facilities implies a stricter control regime and the enterprise’s increased importance for the country’s infrastructure.
The decree will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
