08/04/2025, 12:42As part of the Government Accelerators program in Kyrgyzstan, the licensing procedure for private schools offering primary education programs will be simplified. This was announced by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev at a staff meeting at the Presidential Administration.
According to him, the aim of the reform is to make quality education more accessible and reduce the burden on state schools, especially in Bishkek, Osh, and a number of regions where there is still an acute shortage of school places.
The initiative should be completed within 100 days. The relevant departments have been instructed to analyze the licensing process and remove unnecessary bureaucratic barriers.
