01/24/2025, 10:28In the period from January to December 2024, 11.9 thousand houses and flats with a total area of 1.4 million square metres were commissioned in Kyrgyzstan. This is 85.4 per cent of the figure for 2023.
Over the past year, 89.2 billion KGS of fixed capital investments were allocated for housing construction, which is 20.9% more than in 2023. The share of investments absorbed in housing construction was 35.6% of the total volume, which is slightly lower than in 2023 (36.7%).
The largest share of commissioned housing - 76.3% - falls on Jalal-Abad, Chui and Osh oblasts, as well as Bishkek city.
