Among them, the “Electronic Fishing Ticket” information system, developed for recreational and amateur fishing enthusiasts, is currently in active use. This electronic ticket can be purchased through the official website of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, as well as through the MegaPay mobile application using QR payments from all banks in the country.
An automated information system called the Unified Electronic Register of Fishery Water Bodies and Fishery Entities has also been developed and is currently in operation. With this system, fishery entities will be able to use the state's paid services provided by the department in electronic format.
In particular, it is now possible to submit online applications for fish farming passports and biological justifications for fish breeding.
In addition, the department is developing an “Information System for the Traceability of Fish and Fish Products.” This system is aimed at ensuring compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements in aquaculture, as well as increasing the export potential of fish products produced in the country. The system allows for digital tracking of all stages, from the incubation of imported caviar to the cultivation and preparation of finished products for export.
This, in turn, creates a number of simplifications for fish farmers engaged in aquaculture and contributes to the transparent and effective development of the industry. The department emphasized that the introduction of digital technologies is an important direction for the development of the fishing industry and intends to continue working in this direction on a systematic basis.
