No reorganisation or amicable settlement proceedings have been recorded to date.

Almost all cases involve legal entities with state ownership — 242 cases, whilst the remaining 8 relate to the private sector.

From the start of 2026 to 7 May, five debtors were declared bankrupt in the country, one procedure was completed, and a total of six completed and new decisions were recorded. The statistics indicate that the main burden of bankruptcies falls on state-owned enterprises and liquidation procedures.
