10/14/2025, 14:42The Batken Regional Office of the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control exercises technical supervision over the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings.
As part of the event, the facility under construction by Elite Grant LLC, located on Kulatov Street in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Batken Region, was inspected. During the inspection, it was found that safety requirements were not being observed at the site.
As a result, a report was drawn up against Elit Grant LLC on the basis of the Kyrgyz Republic's Code of Offences, and a fine of 200,000 KGS was imposed.
