03/28/2026, 12:04Edil Baisalov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, visited several social facilities during a working trip to Osh, paying particular attention to the healthcare sector.
At the Osh State University Medical Center, he was briefed on the clinic’s achievements, noting that over 100 complex surgeries have been performed there to date. This involves high-tech medical care, including liver and kidney transplants, as well as heart and vascular surgeries.
During the visit, Baisalov visited a patient who had undergone a liver transplant and familiarized himself with the conditions of her treatment and recovery.
The Deputy Prime Minister also inspected the construction progress of the new Osh City Clinical Hospital, visited the “Altyn Alakan” Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities, and reviewed the implementation of the project to build the Center for Overseas Employment and Migration.

In addition, as part of the trip, he participated in planting saplings in the new “Ozgur” city park together with the mayor of Osh and representatives of the diplomatic corps, including the ambassadors of Uzbekistan and France.
Following the visit to social facilities, instructions were issued aimed at further developing infrastructure and improving the quality of public services.
