New deputy chairman of the board appointed in Kyrgyzstan

There have been personnel changes in the executive body of Kyrgyzaltyn, according to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the minutes of the board of directors meeting held on June 12 this year, Bolotbek Chynybaev, who previously held the position of deputy chairman of the board, has been removed from the company's management.

Bolotkan Kachkymbaev has been appointed to the vacant position by the board of directors and has become a member of the management board and deputy chairman of the management board.

The changes came into effect on the basis of a decision by the issuer's authorized body. No other circumstances leading to the personnel changes have been specified.
