The tickets were allocated following a decision by the President, with the support of the Presidential Administration.
The initiative covered residents of institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration. For them, this is an opportunity to be part of a major musical event and to participate in the country’s cultural life.
The Ministry notes that such initiatives are aimed at developing an inclusive society and ensuring equal opportunities for citizens, regardless of their state of health or life circumstances. The guiding principle is ‘No one will be left behind’.
