Kyrgyzstan is working to simplify public services for people with disabilities

The Ministry of Digital Development held a meeting to discuss how to make public services more convenient for people with disabilities in an online format. Representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and the heads of the Tүndүk platform took part in the discussion.

One of the main topics was the creation of a digital service that will help people with disabilities to obtain the necessary documents and services without unnecessary complications. It is planned that information on disability status will be automatically transferred to the electronic system of the Ministry of Health, as well as to the mobile application “Tunduk”, which will save people from the need to collect certificates manually.

In addition, specialists are working on the creation of an online system for the online assignment of benefits and social support, so that people can apply for payments without long lines and paperwork.

To make it easy for users to master the new features, the authorities promise to develop video tutorials that will explain step-by-step how to use the mobile application and receive state services in digital format.

All these changes are aimed at simplifying the lives of people with disabilities, making government services faster, more convenient and more accessible to all.
