09/01/2025, 15:40A glassware factory has begun operations in the city of Mailysu in the Batken region following extensive renovations. One billion KGS were allocated from the budget for its renovation.
As part of the project, a new building with an area of 1,278 m² was constructed and a second workshop with an area of 2,412 m² was renovated. These changes have significantly expanded the plant's production capacity.
The plant is equipped with modern equipment. A glass melting furnace using Ribbon process technology with a capacity of 280 KGS has been installed. A glass forming machine from the German company HEYE INTERNATIONAL has also been put into operation. It allows the production of 150 to 200 thousand products per day.
In addition, the cold processing areas have been updated, and modern lines for separating air and finished products have been installed. All equipment meets modern quality standards.
To improve logistics and product delivery, a new VOLVO truck and two electric cars have been purchased.
The launch of the plant will make it possible to increase the production of glassware, improve its quality, and create new opportunities for the development of industry in the region.
