A digital ambulance dispatch centre has begun operating in Manas

A digital ambulance dispatch service has been launched in the city of Manas. The new service provides automated management of ambulance calls: the system distributes calls between teams, tracks the movement of vehicles in real time and allows dispatchers to make quick decisions based on up-to-date data.

The dispatch service covers the city of Manas and the Suzak district, providing faster and more coordinated access to emergency medical care. The system is equipped with modern computer equipment, mobile devices, uninterruptible power supplies and software integrated with mapping and analytics. Dispatchers and paramedics are trained to use digital tools, which improves the efficiency of responding to calls and reduces the time it takes for teams to reach patients, including those in remote areas.

The project was implemented by the Ministry of Health with the support of the Kyrgyz-German project on the digitalisation of emergency medical care.

The introduction of the digital dispatch centre is part of a programme to modernise the emergency medical care system in Kyrgyzstan and further expand digital solutions in healthcare.
