The mayor's office told how much the Ak-Kula site was sold for and what they will do with the money

The company “RCA Living”, which bought “Ak-Kula” and will build a new complex in its place, transferred all the money to the city budget. This was reported in the mayor's office.

These funds will be used for important projects, such as the construction of the stadium “Alga”, road repair and the creation of new social facilities. Among them - kindergarten “Balastan”, reconstruction of the stadium named after Omurzakov and other facilities.

Three schools, three kindergartens, new park areas, roads, sidewalks and engineering networks will also be built. About 10 billion soms will be allocated for all this.

The project was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan on October 8, 2024. On October 14, an investment agreement was signed, and on October 15, the investor made an advance payment of $67 million, which is 10% of the total project amount.
