The Foreign Ministry discussed issues related to the country's foreign policy and foreign economic agenda

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic held a regular meeting chaired by Minister Zheenbek Kulubayev.

During the meeting, key issues on the country's foreign policy and foreign economic agenda were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the results of the Central Asia-China summit, which became an important platform for strengthening regional cooperation. Participants discussed the priority areas of the Kyrgyz Republic's chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) for the period 2025-2026, focusing on strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to strengthening international cooperation and the country's image.

In addition, the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in supporting the development of Kyrgyzstan's agriculture through international partnerships was high on the agenda. Specific tasks were identified to assist the agricultural sector in entering foreign markets and attracting investment and technology to the agricultural industry.

Following the meeting, Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev gave a number of instructions aimed at achieving the set goals, increasing the effectiveness of foreign policy activities and strengthening Kyrgyzstan's international position.
