The My City app has launched a municipal property rental feature

The City Hall's Digital Technology Centre has announced the launch of a new feature in the My City mobile app: Municipal Property Rental.

Tenants can now complete the entire process online: view their rental agreements, receive payment reminders, pay rent, and track their transaction history. All actions are performed remotely, without the need to visit institutions in person or fill out paper documents.

According to representatives of the Digital Technology Centre, the new feature significantly simplifies interaction with municipal services and makes the rental process ‘as transparent and convenient as possible.’ Users have already begun to actively use the update and note its efficiency and intuitive interface.

The Bishkek City Hall is encouraging city residents to switch to digital services, emphasising that the development of the My City platform is part of a programme to introduce smart technologies into the management of municipal services.
