A wine and vodka factory in the Nookat district is up for auction

The agency is launching an auction for the sale of a wine and vodka factory at a minimum starting price. This is stated on the official website of the agency.

The factory is located in the village of Kok-Zhar in the Nookat district of the Osh region, on the banks of the Abshyr-Sai canal and next to the Osh-Batken highway bridge. Its starting price is set at 5.4 million KGS.

The property covers a total area of 18,200 square metres and includes a 705-square-metre production building and an 84-square-metre administrative office.

The auction will take place on 23 December 2025 directly on the premises of the factory. Applications for participation will be accepted until 22 December.
