The powers of Mederbek Kurmanbekov, member of the management board and director of economics, finance, and strategic development, have been terminated ahead of schedule.
Dastan Amanturov was elected to the vacant position on February 19. He also joined the company's board of directors.
The changes were made based on a decision by the board of directors. Neither the former nor the new member of the board of directors has any shares in the issuer's authorized capital.
