Changes in the composition of securities owners took place in Kant Printing House OJSC

In Kant printing house OJSC there were changes in the structure of securities holders among physical persons. Akpınar Enes Suat increased his stake in the authorized capital of the company. It is reported on the site of KASE.

Before the changes the number of securities owned by him amounted to 2 million 20 thousand 754, which corresponded to 40.63% of the authorized capital. In monetary terms it was equivalent to 463 thousand 205 soms.

After the changes, the number of securities owned by Akpınar Enes Suat increased to 2 million 668 thousand 676. Of them 2 million 511 thousand 984 are common shares and 156 thousand 692 are preferred shares.

Thus, the share in the authorized capital increased to 53.66%, and in monetary terms amounted to 611 thousand 724 soms.
