    A training centre and shop has been opened in Osh as part of the «One Village, One Product» project

    The Ministry of Economy and Commerce took part in the grand opening of the One Village One Product training centre and shop in the city of Osh.

    The new centre will be an important venue for training programmes, workshops and master classes for local producers participating in the National Project «One Village One Product» and the RESILAND CA+ initiative. The centre aims to develop entrepreneurial skills, improve product quality and expand the market for rural beneficiaries.

    The event brought together representatives of government agencies, international and national partner organisations, including the Osh Regional Public-Private Partnership, the Osh City Hall, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the UNDP, ARIS, the Aga Khan Foundation, KOICA, JICA and others.

    The establishment of the training centre-shop is part of joint efforts to support local producers, stimulate regional economic development and promote Kyrgyz products on domestic and foreign markets. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade will continue to assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at sustainable rural development and expanding economic opportunities for citizens.
