03/26/2026, 14:55The illegal privatization of a hospital building in Sokuluk has been uncovered, and the property has been returned to the state. This was reported by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the results of an inspection conducted by the Sokuluk District Prosecutor’s Office, it was established that the building, located on a land plot with a total area of 226 square meters on the grounds of the Sokuluk District Hospital, was illegally transferred to private ownership in 2007–2008 in violation of Kyrgyz legislation.
A prosecutor’s response order was issued to address the identified violations.
Following its review, the land plot and the building, valued at 5,802,307 soms, were returned to state ownership and assigned to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
