03/26/2026, 16:03Today, Kyrgyz Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit. The Kyrgyz Prime Minister’s plane landed at Shymkent International Airport.
Adylbek Kasymaliev was met at the airport by Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, Zhasslan Madiev, as well as other officials. The national flags of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union were flown from the flagpoles, and an honour guard was lined up ahead of the head of government’s arrival.
During his visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev will take part in the next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, as well as in the international digital forum ‘Digital Qazaqstan – 2026’.
The forum is set to discuss issues relating to digitalisation, the introduction of new technologies and the development of joint projects within the Eurasian Economic Union. The working visit aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, as well as to boost collaboration in the fields of digital technologies and economic development.
