The State Leasing Company has a new chairman of the board

State Leasing Company OJSC has announced changes to the composition of its executive body—the management board.

Previously, the Chairman of the Board, Meder Temirbekov, stepped down from his post. The decision to relieve him of his duties was taken by the company’s Board of Directors on 19 March.

Amanur Omurov has been appointed to replace him and has become the new Chairman of the Board. The corresponding decision on his appointment was also taken by the Board of Directors on 25 March.

Omurov Amantur Nurbekovich has been appointed to replace him and has become the new Chairman of the Management Board. The relevant appointment decision was also adopted by the Board of Directors on 24 March 2026.

It is noted that none of the aforementioned individuals holds a stake in the company’s share capital.
