03/26/2026, 18:04Modern multi-storey residential buildings are being constructed in the city of Karakol by the State Mortgage Company. Construction work is being carried out to a high standard and strictly on schedule. This was reported by Karakol City Council.
In the coming days, more than 300 flats will be handed over to citizens in need of housing. By mid-summer, a further 400 flats will find their owners, and the handover of housing will continue into the autumn.
Particular attention is being paid to healthcare workers, who make up a significant proportion of those on the waiting list. From April, pay rises for staff in healthcare, culture and education will provide additional support and motivation for these professionals.
The project is being implemented as part of the social policy pursued by the country’s President, Sadyr Zhaparov, and aims to ensure housing is accessible to every citizen. Workers in the fields of culture, education, healthcare and municipal enterprises join the waiting list and receive flats on an equal footing with other citizens.
