10/03/2025, 10:07The prosecutor's office of the Manas district of the Talas region has established that the old kindergarten building in the village of Semey was transferred to private ownership in violation of the law.
During an inspection conducted by the Manas District Prosecutor's Office of the Talas Region, it was established that the old building of kindergarten No. 5, as well as the adjacent land plot with an area of 0.35 hectares, were illegally transferred to private ownership in 1993-1994 in violation of the law.
Based on the prosecutor's actions, the kindergarten building and land plot, valued at 5.8 million KGS, were returned to the state.
