12/26/2025, 13:16On 26 December, trading on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange saw a sharp increase in turnover. The total volume of transactions amounted to 1.4 million KGS, which is 150.5% more than in the previous session. The entire turnover was generated on the secondary market, while the primary market showed no activity.
Erkin Too OJSC shares made the main contribution to trading. Two transactions were made on these securities for a total of more than 1.004 million KGS, with an unchanged price of 0.612 KGS per share. In total, over 1.64 million securities were sold, which accounted for almost the entire daily turnover of the exchange.
Shares of Kyrgyzenergostroy OJSC were traded sporadically. One transaction was made at a price of 2,623.5 KGS per share for a total amount of 31,500 KGS. The securities showed stable quotes without a price corridor within the session.
There were only a few transactions on the corporate bond market. Investors purchased bonds of MFC Elec Capital and Stroy Dom KG at a price of 1,025 KGS per security. The low share of listed instruments and the absence of a primary market confirm that activity on the exchange is still driven by individual liquid issuers rather than mass investor interest.
