According to preliminary data, Kyrgyzstan's GDP for January-October 20215 amounted to 1 trillion 427.4 billion KGS, which is 10% more than a year earlier.
Commodity industries grew by 11.3%, the service sector by 8.8%, and net taxes on products by 10.8%. Commodity production increased by 1.8%, reaching 35.4%, while the service sector declined by 49.6% (1.3% less than in the same period last year).
Particularly notable growth was recorded in mining (+17.1%) and manufacturing (+7.9%).
The main contributors to economic growth were industry, construction, trade, transport, car repair and communications, which together accounted for about 55% of GDP.
