08/06/2025, 12:18A plan of measures for the development of the Leylek district will be drawn up as part of the National Development Program of Kyrgyzstan until 2030. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Bakyt Torobaev, Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
The document should include projects in agriculture, tourism, industrialization, green energy, and the creation of a regional hub. Local authorities have also been instructed to actively attract state and private investment.
The National Development Program until 2030, approved by presidential decree in June, envisages GDP growth per capita to $4,500 and total GDP of at least $30 billion.
