The Deputy Minister of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic noted that in Moscow, the Moscow region, and Yekaterinburg, many migration offices are overloaded, and citizens of Kyrgyzstan cannot get an appointment on time. This makes it difficult to obtain status and creates the risk of remaining on the register of controlled persons. Kyrgyzstan proposed that Russia open additional service windows and simplify the rules for minors on the register.
Both sides confirmed the importance of continuing cooperation. The Russian side positively assessed the work of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Labor's representative office in Russia, which informs migrants about the terms and procedure for legalization.
