CIS Heads of Government discuss trade and economic cooperation in Dushanbe

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliyev paid a working visit to Dushanbe. During the visit he held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of previously reached agreements between Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, as well as exchanged views on a number of topical issues on the agenda of Kyrgyz-Tajik cooperation.

In addition, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers took part in a meeting with the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon together with the heads of government of the CIS member states.

Further, Adylbek Kasymaliev took part in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government in narrow and expanded formats. During the meetings, the sides discussed issues of trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

Following the results of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government, which was attended by the prime ministers of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as well as deputy prime ministers of Armenia and Turkmenistan, a number of decisions were made and relevant documents were signed.
