Land near Ala-Too Resort to be auctioned at a reduced price

In the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region, land plots and buildings of the Zhyrgalan mine, located near the construction site of Ala-Too Resort, are being put up for auction. The auction will take place on 16 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Five lots are being offered at the auction, including plots ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 square metres with a starting price of 4.6 million to 6.3 million KGS, with the possibility of a 10% reduction from the starting price. Among them are plots with buildings with a total area of up to 334 square metres.

Legal entities and individuals who have paid a guarantee deposit of 50,000 KGS are eligible to participate. Applications will be accepted until 6 p.m. on 15 March 2026 at the following addresses: 12A Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue, Bishkek, or Lenin Street, Zhyrgalan village.
